ATTENTION

** Please note that you are requesting to book an appointment for a certain day and time. The appointment is not set in our system until you have received a confirmation email stating that your request has been accepted or declined by our scheduling staff member. They will check your request before and after operating salon hours.

**Sometimes, the system will book you automatically if there is a glitch, MAKE SURE you receive a confirmation call by the receptionist as the last confirmation. Please do not visit the salon at your requested time slot, if you did NOT receive a confirmation call from our receptionist.

** We do not accept same day booking requests. Please, also, do not request to book the night before for the next day.  We recommend if you'd like to use the online booking system to request to book at least two days out. If you'd like to schedule a same-day appointment please call the salon so that the receptionist can help accommodate you with that 
at (330) 998 - 6300.

** We do not accept online booking requests for parties of 3 or more. You must call the salon to book for a party.
